Secure server route
The model is called from a server route with credentials in environment variables, never from the browser.
Validation and limits
Inputs are validated and size-limited; outputs are checked against a fixed schema before anything is stored.
Graceful failure
If the model is unavailable the enquiry is still stored and queued for a person.
Data handling
Enquiry text is kept only as long as the record itself, with a clear note on what is processed and where.
